We are working on improving this experience to be faster, a bit more automated and overall, more responsive, till then please work with us when requesting a return or exchange as follows. 


Exchanges:

You may request an exchange for another size or a store credit within 30 days of purchase.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Due to the significantly higher cost of International Parcels, unless your order is from the United States, we are unable to process Exchanges for International Orders

Refunds:

We accept refunds only for items that are incorrect or faulty. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of placing the order.

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or may issue a refund as appropriate.

Please note: shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
